Mastrinka, Trogir and Split area

  • Mastrinka is small and charming place on the island of Ciovo. The island of Ciovo is connected to mainland by a bridge in ancient Trogir and Mastrinka is situated just 2 km from Trogir. It is known for tourists who often come to Mastrinka to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment, very close to the city and at the same time far from the crowd. Mastrinka has really beautiful beaches so it is ideal for families with small children, but also for young people who can enjoy in musical evenings, water sports or excursions to the islands nearby. One can go to Trogir by bus, car or by small boat to Trogir center. This way you do not need to use car.

  • "It was such a pleasure to stay in this apartment! Maria was waiting for us, when we arrived and she couldn't have been lovelier. What a charming host she is! She even brought us a plateful of prosciutto and cheese, along with some beer, which we really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The place was very clean and inviting. The bedrooms were fairly large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a nice living room. There is a nice bathroom, with shower and a powder room, with toilet and sink. We especially enjoyed the two decks, where we had breakfast each morning, with beautiful views. On one of our days, we walked into the old part of Trogir, which took about 25 minutes. There is a Tommy grocery store, approximately 2 km away. The accommodation is well worth braving the narrow streets and steep driveways. We found that the roads just added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this apartment!!"

We were given fresh vegetables from the garden every day and made to feel very welcome. In a very good location. Beautiful views from the balconies. It takes just over half an hour to walk to Trogir. There are buses but they don't run very frequently. Good Wi-Fi connection. Washing machine was very handy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. The only thing to be mindful of is the very steep walk up to it. Also I would ask the owner to arrange for a taxi from the airport as our taxi driver really struggled to find it. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!"
